What's so special about our food? Our goal at Stumptown Cuisine is to provide families, friends, and individuals with fresh and delicious quality food every day. We use only the freshest and best quality ingredients on our pizzas. Our sauce is prepared from fresh tomatoes, with the touch of garlic and a variety of spices for taste, and dough is handmade fresh every morning. The proof is in the taste. Even after careful inspection, we manually sort and cut each ingredient. 

 

We are proud to be partnered with Gräńde Cheese Company as our only source of cheese for the menu. Their cheeses are made from only the freshest, all natural ingredients. They are so full of flavor, there’s no room for additives, fillers or preservatives. They are all natural not because it’s trendy, but because it’s how they’ve always made cheese and how cheese should be made. We also offer a wide variety of items on our menu from delicious Italian entrees to gourmet pizzas, burgers, fries, wings, hot and cold subs, and beverages.
